The Basic fee is $3.00 per thousand plus
$50.00 with a minimum
fee of $150.00.
Aspen Title & Escrow, Inc. reserves the
right to charge accordingly for extra
work performed.
Escrow fees are generally shared by the
Seller and the Purchaser, so the amounts in the Basic Fee column
would be shared equally by the seller &
purchaser.

Accounting fee for disputed or abandoned
funds: $25.00
Holding Escrow Fee: $75.00
