contract collection service. Our customers often ask for
an explanation of the benefits of True Escrow over other
simple contract collection services they have used in
the past.
Simply, original documents are delivered to the
Escrow Agent for safekeeping. Upon full payment of the
obligation, release documents are immediately recorded
and delivered to the purchaser or borrower, thereby
avoiding the possibility of costly delays due to missing
documents, missing persons, or due to the death or
disability of a seller or lender.
